Dr. Daniel Kahneman changed the way the world looks at decision-making when he released his global best-seller Thinking, Fast and Slow, introducing us all to the concept and impact of cognitive biases. In 2002, he won the Nobel Prize in economic sciences, awarded for applying psychological insights to economic theory, particularly in the areas of judgment and decision-making under uncertainty.

Daniel, born in Israel, is the Professor of Psychology and Public Affairs Emeritus at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs; the Eugene Higgins Professor of Psychology Emeritus at Princeton University; and a fellow of the Center for Rationality at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. His many awards include the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the American Psychological Association Lifetime Achievement Award.

In 2021, he released Noise: A Flaw in Human Judgment, introducing the idea that human decisions are impacted by both cognitive biases and noise, which creates variability in judgments that should be identical.

One of the most influential psychologists of our time, Daniel is a leading expert in the fields of psychology, decision-making, and behavioral economics.
